Scouts grade every tool — hit, power, run, arm, field, and each pitch — on a scale from 20 to 80, where 50 is major-league average. Every 10 points is one standard deviation.

An 80 is generational. Think the loudest tool you've ever seen in person. That's the bar everything here gets measured against.
